Refund and Return Policy

At Amino Arcade, we take pride in the quality and integrity of every research compound we produce.

To maintain product safety and compliance, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 business days of delivery only if the following conditions are met:

• The package is unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
• The items fall under Research SARMs, PCTs, or MEPs categories.
• You provide a valid return tracking number.

Once your return is received and verified at our warehouse, our team will inspect the products and process a refund accordingly.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been completed.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to the temperature sensitivity and light reactivity of peptide products, Peptides are non-returnable under all circumstances.

If you are a first-time client and wish to verify product quality, we recommend placing a small trial order before committing to larger quantities.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A free return label will only be issued if Amino Arcade shipped the wrong or damaged product.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund total.

Invalid Return Reasons

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

• Improper or experimental misuse of research products.
• Mishandling or damage caused by improper storage conditions.
• Products that have been opened, altered, or exposed to environmental conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@aminoarcade.com with:

• Clear photos showing the shipping label and product condition, and
• A description of the issue.

Our support team will review and, if verified, will issue a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.

Seized or Lost International Shipments

We understand customs issues can occasionally occur.

In the event of a seized or rejected international shipment, Amino Arcade will provide a 30% discount code for your next purchase as a courtesy.

Refunds are not issued for seized or confiscated parcels.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@aminoarcade.com.

Cancellations after payment capture are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Once an order has been endorsed to shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified.
