Orders begin processing after payment confirmation, not when initially placed.
All shipping timeframes are estimated and may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update in the system.
If you don’t receive your tracking number within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder before contacting us at support@aminoarcade.com.
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

We ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses via USPS.
Simply select the appropriate address type during checkout and ensure formatting matches USPS military address standards.
Orders totaling $150 or more require a signature upon delivery (U.S. only).

Amino Arcade is not responsible for packages left unattended after successful delivery.
