These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AminoArcade.com website (“Site”) and the purchase of any products offered herein.

By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following Terms.

1. Eligibility

All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase research products from Amino Arcade.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and are purchasing for lawful research purposes only.

2. Research Use Only

All compounds listed and sold through Amino Arcade are for laboratory and research purposes only.

They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumption purposes of any kind.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

Human or animal consumption or injection
Use as drugs, food additives, or cosmetics
Any use in commercial or household products
Use in violation of local, state, or federal law

Any misuse of these materials is strictly prohibited. Amino Arcade reserves the right to cancel or deny any order that appears to contravene this policy.

3. Legal Responsibility

The buyer assumes full responsibility for reviewing and complying with all laws, regulations, and import restrictions applicable to the possession, handling, and use of products in their country or jurisdiction.

Amino Arcade does not guarantee legality of any product in your region and shall not be held liable for any customs, import, or seizure issues arising from your order.

By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold Amino Arcade and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse, handling, or unlawful application of any product.

4. Scientific & Safety Standards

All products are intended for controlled research environments and should only be handled by qualified, trained professionals familiar with laboratory procedures and chemical safety.

You, the purchaser, confirm that you:

Are knowledgeable about proper handling and safety requirements;
Understand all potential hazards associated with these products;
Will use appropriate laboratory protective measures and controls; and
Will not expose untrained individuals to these materials.

5. Product Information & Testing

Amino Arcade products are not certified, sterilized, or tested for safety or efficacy in humans, animals, food, or medical use.

Every batch is HPLC tested for verification of purity and identity, but it remains the buyer’s responsibility to conduct any additional testing necessary for their research.

The listing of a product does not constitute a patent license or permission for commercial application.

6. Waiver of Liability

In purchasing from Amino Arcade, you expressly agree to the following:

Amino Arcade, its affiliates, and suppliers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the handling, use, or misuse of products purchased.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amino Arcade against all claims, expenses, and losses of any kind resulting from your possession or use of products.

7. Ordering, Returns & Refunds

7.1 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. A $25 processing fee applies to cancellations after payment has been captured. Once an order has been endorsed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

7.2 Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery for unopened, sealed items (Peptides, SARMs, PCTs only).

Customer pays return shipping.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
A valid return tracking number is required.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been inspected and verified.

7.3 Damaged or Missing Items

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery with clear photographic evidence showing the shipping label and contents.

7.4 Incorrect Address or Returned Shipments

Amino Arcade is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Orders returned to sender or undeliverable are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

A one-time 30% discount may be offered on a future purchase as goodwill.

8. Product Quality Guarantee

All Amino Arcade products are batch-tested and purity-verified.

If you independently test a product via a licensed HPLC laboratory and results are negative, we will refund:

The cost of your HPLC test,
Your full order amount, and
Shipping fees.

Documentation of test results and proof of purchase are required.

9. Affiliate Program Terms

Participation in the Amino Arcade Affiliate Program is subject to these additional conditions:

Affiliates earn 20% commission on referred sales and may share 10% discount codes.
Discount or coupon aggregator websites are strictly prohibited.
PPC or SEO targeting of “Amino Arcade” brand keywords is not allowed.
Affiliates may not self-purchase using their own links or codes.

Violation of these terms will result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Amino Arcade reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.

10. Importation & Customs

International buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

By purchasing, you affirm that:

You have reviewed your local laws and confirmed the legality of importing these products;
You assume full responsibility for customs clearance;
You waive any claim against Amino Arcade for seizures, delays, or import rejections.

11. Content Disclaimer

Articles, guides, and videos on Amino Arcade are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They do not constitute medical or health advice, and should not be interpreted as endorsements for human use.

12. FDA Compliance

Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Products sold here are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All compounds are labeled and sold for research use only under Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR).

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amino Arcade or its affiliates be liable for any damages including special, incidental, or consequential arising from product use, handling, or purchase.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
