We want you to be satisfied with your order. Because our products are sensitive research materials, returns are handled carefully to protect product integrity.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.

Non-returnable items

For safety and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible for return at our discretion; contact us before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5ÔÇô10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or verify the claim.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for the return process above.
